Scoot Albuquerque, NM. Bought new after fifty miles gas starts pouring from underneath seat and now I just have 1800 miles on it. To dealer twice: can't fix it even though they know it's an issue with other scoots but they do tell me to remove the pollution controls but they wont do it. Phone calls, maybe 20 emails and never a reply. This is NOT an isolated problem as bulletin boards indicate. Give them a chance to make it right? Give me a break. They could care less. Bums.
