We have had Direct TV for two weeks as of yesterday Today one of the remote controls won't work so I called and they are charging us $16.00 for a new remote after TWO WEEKS. Is this any kind of customer service??? I think not!!! I asked if there wasn't a direct person in the area that could bring one buy but no there isn't. After two weeks if there was any way, I would drop this service and do without TV if I had to. Now we are sitting with all of my husband's sports on today and no way to watch them. Pretty sad company.
