Citimortgage will not send me a statement unless I am caught completely up on my payments. My payment is due Sept. 1. I am not really late until Sept. 16. I also went through a program starting January 15, paying them $727.00 a month for 6 months, and then I would be caught up on my payments. I paid the $727.00 a month for six months. When the six months were over, they told me that I was still a month behind. They were aware that I was behind on my payments for 2 months. Now Citimortgage will not even send me a statement each month because I am behind. Citimortgage has different places to send your payments for your home to several different locations. I do not know where to send it. If you call them on the phone, they charge a $20.00 dollar fee for paying your payment. My name is Raymon Burrell.
