On 06/01 I purchase a new phone for the second number on
my account, and... Having questioned the "correctness" of the
"upgrade" charges for a long time... I asked the sales rep to
delete the charge, and she said she did. A few days after I activated
the new phone, the following "message" appeared on the
"start-up" screen (on top of the AT&T "GLOBE"): " (Inappropriate Content Removed)"; and
when I got my next bill I had been chrged the $18 upgrade.
