I placed my order a bit more than an hour ago and noticed upon placement that the statement sent to my email was for $9.95 more than it should have been. I became suspicious when placing the order online when it did not provide for the opportunity to review the order and all charges before finalizing.
I called the number and held for an hour, and then began calling and trying all of the menu options. I could never get anyone on the phone. My only option was to call my bank to cancel my bank card that was used. I won't have another card for a week or more, but at least I responded quickly enough to beat the thieves of any profit.
