They give 7 days to look at the website. I signed up on August 23 for information. I was called by phone after two days. I cancelled verbally with her and got a cancellation number. When I got my bank statement there was a charge for $60 on it on August 30th. I phoned and couldn't remember the name and number for cancellation. He said the charge would stand. I made other arrangements for money by getting a loan on my car to pay off my schooling. I was offered free use of the website until April and a weekend getaway rather than refund the money.
