Signed up for free trial offer June 17. Called and cancelled June 20. Received no cancellation number. They shipped and charged me $79.99 on August 3. I submitted a dispute with my cc today, August 9. Called My Health Services on August 9 and spoke to Amy ID#1310. She stated she could not refund the charge if I didn't have a cancellation number. Asked to speak with a supervisor and was told supervisors don't take phone calls. She stated the web site TDTTRIAL.com refers to cancellation procedures in three places. It does not, or at least I couldn't find any. _Please advise
