I ordered a grant assistance kit for 2.97 using my debit card I called the company a few days later and spoke to a paul john or jon and he told me how get on the site before receiving the infamous cd they were sending. After checking out the website and discovering there was nothing on the site to help I called back and cancelled the membership I received the cd and threw it in the trash thinking nothing else about it. As I was checking my bank statement I saw a debit from some company called zbelly, i knew nothing of this company so I called and found out it was from this grantassist.com I explained that I had cancelled that membership but they told me they only had record of the one call to paul john or whatever his name was, and they could not find any record of conversation about cancellation. I know I cancelled but I did not get a confirmation number and have no proof. I cannot afford to pay that much money for a system that have no information to help me. They say it is non refundable and will not even give a portion of the money back even though I only went on the site a couple of times before I got that useless cd. I would like to warn everyone about the scam and please if you cancel make sure you get a cancellation number. I thought you had to get something that is helpful before you are forced to pay. I got nothing and was out almost 60.00 and I am on a fixed income. Dont worry about talking with them for they are unreasonable and unbending. I would have never agreed to pay that much money even if I found some helpful information from them. I cant afford that.
