My son purchased sum maps or something 2 help him on his game, be grudingly i loaned him the money using my debit card, and since then they have contiuned 2 take 9,99 from my account ever since, due 2 the rise in me being over drawn each month, in all honesty i ave no idea how long this as being going on the bank can only look back 6 months, im absolutely appaulled such a major company is so hard 2 access, the complaints phone number dosnt work n ive searched online how 2 get in touch, i devasted at the loss of my money as i do not have much money 2 live on.
