As of January 16 the PoxNora game and website are owned by and operated for Sony Online Entertainment LLC.
On 05-21, a forum thread was begun by the then Community Manager to consolidate complaints and gather feedback from consumers regarding a drastic change made to the terms of purchase of Premium Memberships in the game.
The most significant change was a discount originally offered to players who became Premium Members in the online store for single items. After members joined the Premium Membership program, this store itself was removed without prior notice to the customers and without a published plan in place to compensate them.
Registration to the PoxNora forums is free, and upon joining anyone interested may read the posts and complaints associated with customers claims against SOE-Tuscon, formerly Octopi, LLC.
In summary, SOE-Tuscon / Sony Online Entertainment, LLC. Altered a written contract after money changed hands. Goods were promised and still have not been delivered and though promises of some form of compensation have been made, none have become reality.
