I clicked a link in Facebook for a free trial of this serum. Two weeks after ordering a total of $102.70 was taken out of my account - at that stage i had not received the serum at that stage. I have sent numerous emails cancelling my subscription and have not had any of them acknowledged. Today, on 09/092011 I received the serum - so I have had no free trial at all!
