My wife bought a BlackBerry ($ 326.00) at Mobilecom in Aug 22. When she started to use it, we realized that there were problems when pressing the keyboard. I returned back with my wife on Aug 29th, 11 asking them to exchange the product. They offered me a new BlackbBerry model (Storm 9530) and I paid $ 165.00 more. I was not able to test it and when returning back to my country I realized that is was a defective product (sound not working / glass screen with defect) and it seems that it is not a new product.
