Fake Certified Package Call Gave Jamaican Number to Call Back

I got a telephone call on my cell phone that they had a certified package for me from Bank of America and wanted to know if I would be at home. I told them I was going to work. They gave me a number to call to give them the ok to deliver it there. I tried to call the number all day and got a buzzy signal. I checked my cell phone and it was a Jamaica phone number.
