I ordered a pair of ugg boots from the above company
on th 23rd August, they stated in the advert it would be EMS delivery, I received a confirmation email from realypay.com I tried tracking my order from about the 31st August onwards, but as at present, I can not get any result, the answer comes up as no shipping information.
I phoned my mastercard payment customer helpline, and they told me that the payment went out on the 23rd and it was for more than I agreed, I am not happy at all, and can not get any answers or any customer help from them. Jillian Freeman
