Used MJ for over year. Just renewed for 5 years. This weekend phone did not ring when called. Tested several types house phones (Wireless, Princess) by connecting them and call using cellphone. None of the phones 'rang' when call though they did connect when picked up.
After 6 hours on their well-known chat facility. Testing, retesting, removing from device mgr, reinstalling, switching connections and phones etc etc. Their 'top 10%' technical supervisor punched a key that sent me a 'canned' reply that I needed to buy a more powerfull USB hub. On their package they state do not use a hub.
Have been using hub without problem since purchase.
Bottom Line: No solution.
