I had an email come in about auctions etc so I checked it out. I was reading all about it scrolling etc. It sounded similar to ebay so I figured I would check it out. It said something about free bids etc. Asked for my credit card information which I gave thinking in case I did decide to bid and win something then of course the billing information should be there as part of the registration process so I gave the information. Next thing I know I have a message pop up saying thanks for buying x amount of bidding certificates or something like that $159 was charged to your card on file. I was totally shocked caught me off guard. I tried calling the customer service number it sounded like a fax line. I googled and found the complaints and a different number. I called got a customer rep. I asked 3 different times to refund the money. I made it clear I didnt intentionally buy anything and I want the transaction reversed. He kept trying to sell me $60 dollars worth instead attempting to sell me more. I made it clear I wasnt interested now as I feel I was taken. He said it will take 7 to 10 business days to refund the money. It sits in my pending on my account in the meantime. It is the weekend, holiday weekend. I better get that money back. What a RiP OFF
