I was curious to check out how the web site works and I didn't have any intention to buy anything including bid packages. I was not able to see anything without registration, so I started to register. On the frist page I provided my full mane and e-mail address. When I clicked continue I was asked for my credit card information in order to complete the registration. There was a title - "where do we ship our items?". So it looked like they needed my information in case I decide to buy something. I gave them all the information and when I clicked continue again (or complete, I don't remember) I just saw the statement that I had been charged $99 for purchasing some kind of a bid package!!! I called them immediately and they tried to convince me that I had just made a great deal. I said that I didn't want any deals from them and I just wanted my money back. They agreed to refund me just $74.25 and said that they made an exceptoin for me because the fee was non-refundable (wich wasn't mentioned anywhere when I was gicing my credit card information)... I got an e-mail from them: "Your refund for amount $74.25 has been processed. You should see the refund in your account in 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution." Does anybody here who had the same situation got at least these money back? And what should I do if they don't refund anything?
