Found a charge against my checking account. Called them and after being on hold for several minutes, (no one initially answered by voice or recorded message), a women came on the line. After explaining we didn't know anything about this charge she asked for our names and the last four digits of our card number. We refused. We then called our Bank who acknowledged our report but said we just need to let the charge process and then see what happens.
