I noticed a charge on my prepaid card in the amount of $10.08. I called Green dot customer service who were very unhelpful. They told me they could not flag the company. When I called the phone number attached to the charge a woman answered. (First there a recording saying thank you for calling game net). I told her I did not authorize a charge, she asked me for the last four digits of my card number, was able to pull up my name and said she cancelled the transaction. When I asked who made the charge, that I did not authorize it she hung up on me. I called back and what sounded like the same woman in a fake voice answered. I told her I would like to speak to a supervisor and there was a charge on my card I didnt authorize. She placed me on hold, and then told me the supervisor was busy. I said I didn't mind holding, and she hung up on me a second time. I called back a third time, it rang twice and then I get a busy signal, and now that is all I get. The company name on my card is Game net, under that is the name briarcliff M, and the phone number is 203-491-1737. Thank you for any help you can give.
