I took the current sales flier that came in sunday's paper,
stating prices were good 8-28-11 to 9-5-11. On the front page
was advertized 2 bags of Lay's wavy potato chips for $5, size 12
ounces. But the only size they had was 10 ounces and when I
asked for a raincheck, the clerk said the ad was a misprint and
there were no 12 oz bags. There was not an "I'm sorry" or
any apology. No one cared that I had driven there to get an
advertized item and it was not available, and the excuse was a
"misprint". It seems that all these misprints are in the favor of
the store and never in the favor of the customer... And I find that
very odd for a "mistake".
