Yes, a total rep-off. I fell for the "free trial offer". I was charged for shipping 5.99. The product caused a rash and I called to cancel any more shipments. I was not told to return the trial package. I had an unauthorized charge on my credit card for $98. L6. When I complained, was told I could return the product for a refund by July 22. This was July 18. I took product to the post office that day. On July 26 they told me the product did not get there until July 25. No refund. They did offer to return the product, which I do not want. Something here is illegal and I plan to pursue to get a refund.
