I like so many others ordered the free trial offer of acai berry and colon clenser. You were to be charged 4.95 shipping and handling only with 10 days from getting the product to cancel. I never received the free trial yet 16 days later see a charge on my bank statement for 139.97, I try many many times to get through with no luck at all.
Finally one day I called at 8am and get Roberto also, seems like its a one man company cause he seems to be on everyone's complaint, he tells be when you order the free trial you are automatically enrolled in a bi monthly delivery of product no return policy. Of course I argue with him he tells me that its not his problem I didn't read the fine print. Then he says he will return $30 to my account but since I felt that wasn't good enough he takes back that offer.
I tell him I will post this rip of on line he tells me so what! He tells me he is not yelling at me why am I yelling at him, hello you stole my money I didn't steal yours! When you do read the small print it is a little confusing (GO FIGURE) FIRST IT SAYS SATISFACTION GAURANTEE FULL REFUND, then you read on and many pages in it says will bi monthly delivery (which I would never haved signed up for without knowing if I liked this) no return policy.
Well the free trial automatically signs you up for this! He says in order to cancel I had to go online and he would email me a form that I would have to agree to in order for me to cancel this auto delivery, of course I tell him no way will I fill out any form from you ever again. So he tells me well then its gonna keep taking your money. I told him believe me you got me for $139.97 you will not get me again.
I called the bank, opened a dispute, (still early stages of it though) and cancelled the bank card (which they sent me a knew one)
I am not sure how this will turn out in the end but hopefully my bank will have my back and get me this money back. Oh yeah I forgot to say I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING FORM THIS COMPANY!
They got me for the first 4.95 and then then 139.97 and I got NOTHING! Please buyer beware! If anyone out there wants to help me with this and getting them shut down, please contact me!
I will be calling the BBB, and I am going to try and contact the general attorney on this matter... Ugh
I am so mad at myself cause I know better then to do this!
