Origanally rent was $475, three months later it went up 80$. Then they suposidly changed companys, prices went up again.in total this has happened three times. The hike in price is for carpet, pest control, and repairs. We have had none.

My air vent in the kitchen is housing a family of birds and their fleas. I know this because the bugs have started coming in through the airvent. My kitchen sink hasn't worked in since December of 04. When I reported that it was clogged the employees of this place informed me I could fix it myself.
The apartment managers have quit taking refrences or referals prior to move in, consiquence of that the cops get called here alot. 3 months ago a sixteen year old overdosed on cokaine in her drug dealers apartment that just happened to be above me.
