Please do yourself a favor and do not move into Sienna Gardens Apartments. Formerly Coral Club apartments. I have lived here for almost 4 years.in the begining it was great. Office staff was sweet, maintance great. They left after about the first 6 months. Since then this place has gone way down hill. Now the owners have sold the place to a new company. Hence Sienna Gardens. They are making everyone in the complex move out when their lease is up. Think they would put a notice out to let everyone know they have to move... No. I had to call up and ask questions and then I was told. Since then they are making everyone clear off their lani's nothing allowed on them, ever! They are tearing out our screans to paint.
So we will no longer be able to have our back door open while we have this beautiful weather. They are trying to make it as uncomfortable as possible for the current residents to live here. They want us all out now. They have plans to remodel, but not tear the place down.in my opinion they need to bulldoze this place. There is mold in the walls, termites in the walls. My mother lived in one of the apartments a couple years ago and had termites go through her wall and eat through a picture of hers. That's just one of many cases of termites. The maintance staff here is just horrible. The laundry mats are used as dumping grounds. The floors and machines are filthy. The pool was closed for most of the summer.
The list just goes on. The reason we haven't moved out sooner is becasue we just didn't want to deal with packing up and going. Then we finally decided to sign one more year lease and move out of state. Now we have to move out the begining of next year and find another apartment for just one year. Such a hassel to move 2 times.
Please do not waist your time moving into these apartments. They may look great once they are remodeled but be aware there is mold and termites with in the walls. There is also a lot of plumbing problems. We can't even use our disposal b/c the plumber says the pipes under the ground are so ruined that any little food partical will cause the sink to back up again. That happened to us 4 times since we were in this apartment. Not worth the rent. I imagine they will hike up the rent when they remodel.
