I made resevation at the Holiday Inn Epress in Springhill Fl and instead of using my regular bank card i used my pre-paid card to make the reservations a card I have use there before. I got there they said i could not use this card so my wife use our bank card and they charge us for two nights instead of one. I always use a pre - paid card for our vactions cause I have heard of theses things happening but wouldn't think it would happen to us, first time we used it there and they over charge. She felt suspicus about the clerks! Come to find out she had ever reason to be cause smiply put they stole our money without thinking twice about it. Well they did think twice cause that's what they charge us twice for one night she called them trying to talk about what happen thinking it was just human error, but got you sign a paper for two nights for her anwser. Frankly saying you gets nothing and now I'm sitting with a piss off wife and out of 89 bucks and typing a complaint, i will pray for scum like that!!! You would think Corp, like would not be that way and say you come here often what we can do at least is offer a free night just to show good faith!!!
