There was a trial free product that was available from top news sources that I wanted to look into. I inputted my information on the first page and then the computer system shut down completely while trying to go to the next page to confirm my order. Unsure about my order, I received no notification by email regarding the mis-transaction. I checked my bank and at first wasn’t charged, but then I saw a transaction of 4.95 on Friday Aug 19th. I had called that next business day, Monday 8/22 and spoke to Nick and I told him my situation and that I wanted nothing regarding the product and that I was fine with the $4.95 charge, since the bottle came in that Tues morning for the free trial. He said don’t worry about the bottle since it was a free trial product and that I had 14 days to try it out and to cancel before the 14 days.instead, I decided to cancel at that moment and did not want product sent to me or to have any future billing. He confirmed and repeated my request for no future product and billing, I was given a conformation for my cancellation order Sunday night 8/28, I was then reached by my bank, informing me that a few transactions from a foreign company were trying to withdraw from my account. I let them know of my situation and I called the Merchant informing them regarding this matter. I checked my account and then saw a withdrawn of $79.99 $0.64 foreign fee that next day. I called the merchant and spoke to Harry, which wouldn’t let me speak to his supervisor or manager and said that I would be receiving a cancellation email within 24 hours and a refund within 9-10 days. I wasn’t sent anything by email so I called a third time and spoke to Sadan who informed me he has no knowledge of the past calls and no such thing of an email and no refund. He says he spoke to his supervisor and there is nothing he can do, but when I asked to speak to his supervisor, he says he wasn’t there. He repeatedly tells me there are no reverse fees, there’s nothing he can do. I got nowhere and notified him regarding filing a dispute. When I called the fourth time, I got a hold of Nick, but then he hung up on me.
