I ordered Hydrolyze under eye treatment for dark circles in May. I received 3 jars of cream, and I had a 30 day trial period (you know the drill). After my trial period ended, I called to say I want the product and set up payments broken down into 4 months. The first payment came out in June. The second payment came out in July twice about a day apart. I called and the rep apologized and assured me that the I would be reimbursed the money for the unscheduled payment along with and extra amount, as it sent my checking acct.into overdraft. I did get everything I was promised the next day. The third payment which was due in August was rescheduled by me in advance, and I was assured that it would be rescheduled. You guessed it, they took it out on the previously scheduled date. It sent my acct.into overdraft again. This time I was told that they would reimburse my money, but they couldn't give me my overdraft fees. I was very upset, and every time I asked to speak to a supervisor, the person that I was already talking to conveniently was a supervisor. This went on for days. I was told to go to my band and fax them something stating that their transaction was the cause for the overdraft. I did that and still got the run around. I called after about 4 days of being passed around from rep to rep and hearing snickering in the background, and was told on the 5th day that my acct. Was cancelled and I would no longer have money taken from my acct. I could keep the products I already had. I never got my overdrawn fees, but I closed my debit card out and ordered another one. People beware of these companies who tell you about trial periods, and all you have to pay is 5.00 or less to try the product. Once you key in your card number, they have access to your money. Companies have become greedy and will get you however they can.
