Debited money two different times on my acct. Without my knowledge, and caused me to overdraft my acct. And my bank charged me overdraft fees of over $200

I was charged $19.95 on May 28 and on June 16 without my knowledge, and this caused my checking acct. To overdraft. Because of these fraudulent charges, I was charged $175.00 in overdraft fees from my bank.
