I am writting the report being completly annonamous as I am scared for my life and my entire familys life disclosing this information to the country and the world but feel if it isn't done, things will never get changed and alot of innocent citizens could go thru what I did!
I will start at the begining and will be changing names to protect me and my family. I grew up very poor in Lafayette Co Missouri. We had no running water, my parents worked very hard for little to nothing, we lived on a farm around lots of mid-classed people with very snobby additudes! As we grew up, we put up with lot of crittizim thru out the county. I was put down so much in the small school I went to that I had to Quit at 14!!! Of course I got put in a boys home for it for a time but it was far better then what I went threw at the public school! Heck. Even the teachers would make cracks at me and try to embarass me. I grew up with a big family, I had 1 brother and 3 sisters, big for the conditions for which I was raised! We were constantly harrassed by the shiriffs dept and one neighbor for any and everything! Most of which was for stuff we didnt do!
Well, I worked very hard to get out of that situation! I got my ged, married a great woman, got a collage education, and bought my own home. I had, well have now 4 children and havent lived in that county in 9 years now.
Well, the last 4 years have been a living HELL for me and my family. My sister and I havent got along since she married this ex-con with a long rap sheet, history of mental illness, and lots of bad rumors that are truly believable!!! The family tried to steer her away from him but it worked the oppissit.
She ended up marring him and he moved them up to the Kansas City Mo area. She eventully lost contact with us and started a crimanal life style with him. They work, but constantly work on new sceems and scams to make more money and eventually moved my elderly mother in with them to squeeze her SSI and SS check from her. Well, me and my wife started having problems with them and tried to save my mothers little bit of money from them. It became a really big family mess. The rest I will save for my book but will get to the main ordill.
There was a rumor in the town that my ex-con, felon brother in-law grew up in, that he had raped his own sister and that his sister was the mother of his baby. Unbelievable to really believe, except that he has a tattoo of "Bart Simpson getting a blow job from the baby, Maggie Simpson" on his arm! The fact that his sister wont deniy it and the baby looks alot like him!!!
Plus the big one that made me a believer was a guy Im best friends with, that went to school with him, told me something that I shouldn't disclose here that made me a true believer, I would call my brother in-law a sister fuker when he made me mad.
Well, When things got at there worst between us, he said he was going to get back at me. That he heard from one of his prison buddies that any girl could make up a lie that they was raped when they was younger and they could get anyone arrested by making up the story and even killed if they say it was a child when it happened! So, they went into the Clay Co Shiriffs Dept in MO and he put my sister into making up this story. They were told that since this was suppose to have happened 10 yrs ago... That there was no proof and statutes of limitations had expired too.
So, knowing how Lafayette County Mo thought of us, they soon went to them giving them the same bullcrap story. This was in Jan. I was questioned and was told that nothing would come of it as soon as I gave my story to the deputy. 1 year and 10 months pass and I get arrested out of nowhere for 6 felony counts of rape and sexual assult! This was in Nov. Right in front of my children! 2 days before my 30th birthday!
Bond was set at $100,000.00 cash! I was in shock! I have never been convicted of any felonys and no other violent crimes! The charges was that I raped my sister from 1985 to 1993! I was put into a jail cell population with the roughest of the crimanals in that Jail. This was no ordinary jail... It was an old 1800 something building with concrete walls, and floors. I had no mattress to sleep on. Just a cold steel slab sticking out of the walls!
I was give one of them old, cheap, acrilic blankets with big holes in it and pubic hairs blended within the materal. No pillow so my head along with my body lay on this cold sleel slab. We wore the usaull orange jumpsuit with no underwear and no socks. Until they let my wife give me some. We were given a used pair of rubber shower shoes. It was a mess!
The shower was in the cell and was covered in mold and bacteria! Everywhere! The floor of the shower was black and had over 2 inches of funk on it.
There was no ventalaion except the iced cold breeze the seept thru a doorway that led outside, in the cell that held over 24 inmates. So the air was very wet and stale. We was fed threw a chuck hole, 24 violant inmates, and it was every man for himself. Me being a little guy compared to most of them, would have to go hungry most of the time! I went in at 5'10", 205 lbs and in 52 days when I was releast, I was at 145 lbs! While I was in there, I was never given not even 1 phone call! Within 30 days the gaurds, some whom I went to school with, started speading lies about me to other inmates that I was in there for molesting my own children, I assume to get me killed so I started getting threats on my life!
I was told that I would have my throut cut if I went to sleep so I had to stay awake for 4 days and nights straight! There was limited contact with gaurds in there so anything could have happened! I told one guard about the threat and he just laughed. On day four, I was put out with the phone along with the other inmates and started to get attacked by a group of thugs. I was so scared!
I hurried to the phone and called my soon to be attorney! He called up the shiriff of that county and told them to check on me and that I was being jumped! They was upset at me for calling and put me in solatary confinement. A two man cell but I was only one in it! Until one night they put a drunk in there with me whiched he puked and pissed all over the floor and they never cleaned it up. It was about 5' by 4' concrete cell with nothing but a steel toilet and a steel sink in which had no water flow thru it. The only good things was that it had a rubber matteress and no one to hurt me! I spent about 3 weeks in that cell. Had one shower in that 3 weeks! I couldnt eat as I was soo weak and sick from not eating much in the first 30-35 days and the living conditions. I just layed there and slept... Dirty, stinky, and cold!
I had visions of the walls closing in on me and I had 3 bad teeth that was killing me from infection! I was very very sick and getting suicidle. I would have to go more then 5 days at a time without water too. The sink didnt work and I would ask for water and would get a smart assed remark like "you have water in your towlet dont you?" or "wanna get maced?"! There was nothing I could do! I spent almost all of december in salatary confinment! I had not seen any of my children thru the intire durration! I had asked many times to see a doctor and signed a sheet too but was always denied! I never seen a doctor at all thru my 52 day ordeal!
On Dec 26 my 67 yr old uncle, whom I love very much and owe my life too, finally decided to use his life savings to bail me out. He had paid $10,000.00 cash to a bondsman. I was releast and had a condition that I couldnt be around my own children without ther mother (my wife) present. Like I would ever harm my babies! I was taken home and went thru alot to get recovered and still from this day I'm not fully recovered! I had worked so hard to prove my innocense. I pulled all of my old juvenile records and old letters from my sister and even pictures. I had to sell my home and my children had to sacrfice everything so we could scronge up the money for an attorney! We hired a really good lawyer. He worked hard on my case and even caught my sister on her lies in a deposition! She had give two statements a year and half appart and they were both two totally different statements!!!
She had said so many lies that they all was catching up to her! Most of the dates she gave to it occuring I was in a boys home for quiting school at 14! I also had exgirlfriend that I lived with during some of the time she was saying that it happened. So, after that, I showed up too all the court hearings and in Nov I was asked to take a polygraph test to be givin by a lafayette County Mo deputy/Detective that was relativly new to this county dept. He gave me the test on one of the old machines and basiclly said I had passed which I already knew as I was telling the truth! But was told days after the test that they, the P.A., were going to call it inconclusive becouse I had a slight cold and coughed during one part of the test! So, they was going to get a new state of the art computer that they had purchesed. I readily agreed and in March was tested and passed clear slated! After alot of pressure from my attorney...
The state of Missouri has finally dropped all counts agianst me but after all the hell I have gone thru! I have lost everything except the most important thing and that is my family, my loving wife, and 4 lovley children!!! I have to start my life from scratch again! But Im finally free!
One other thing you all should know! On July 2, my witness list was released. On that list was my 67 now 68 yr old uncle that bailed me out of jail! He was a very important witness! He lived all alone in a moble home on his 20 acres in Lafayette County, out in the country. He was a very kind, and very honest man! On the 5th of july, after midnight, he was awoken to the sound of fireworks on his propety. He thought it was me, my wife and kids so he did not come out to see.
That morning when he awoke, he found that his moble home and truck had been vandlized! His home had the words F*CK YOU spray painted in red. Also, soot and remains of fireworks was all over his truck as to believe someone was tring to set it on fire! He lived there over 20 yrs and never had anything like that happen before and after only 3 day after the witness list was disclosed to my sister and her felon husband, this has happened.
Then, on Aug 7 a month from the vadlization of his property, I found him in his home, in bed, passed away! All, within 1 month of witness list being disclosed. His home appeared different then usaul, his refridgerator was unpluged, his lock boxes emptyed, one of his cats dead by his bedroom window outside. Also, the door to his storage shed was opened and it was dug thru but nothing seemed to be missing! The door was swung open and it was always locked. Me and my wife had called 911 and they sent two deputys and they said the corner was on vaction. So they looked at him and said it must have been a heart attack and no father investagation was ever done!!!
Even though his neighbor, a minaster, had called the Sheriff himself and said there is something wrong with this and his death, they still did nothing to investagate this. What a county hu??? Can you believe this is a county in the USA? I cant! They try to stop terrorist in other countrys but dont care about the smaller terrorist in the USA. We believe the reason it was not investagated was because if it was proved that my sister and or her husband killed him it would of messed up there case agianst me. A case that was thrown out anyways because they new I didnt do it plus they had nothing but her lying word.
This is a pretty messed up situation, but is all true!!! I have all the court papers and evidence on file. I left names out for mine and my familys safety! I am currently struggling to get back all I have lost. If anyone out there wants to buy this for a book, I will tell it all and provide as much docs as I can plus you can speak to my friends and family for thereside of it. Or if anyone has any ideas of anything I can do to get jail conditions better or an investagation done for my uncle who lost his life thu this... It would much apprisiated!
