Ashland County Children Services ripped my family apart. There was no physical or mental abuse. There was no drugs or alcohol involved. They said do counseling, parenting and see a dr for the depression. I did life skills, parenting, counseling, supervised visits for over 18 months. All sucessfully verified. They gave one child back out of 5 and if it is safe for one why would it not be safe for the others. I had a job, suitable housing, went back to college, and married a wonderful man. I no longer live in ohio. However 4 of my children were placed in abusive situations after being taken from me. Two of them are still in abusive situations. One is in a foster home and he is mentally abused and bullied continuously at his school. And the other is with his father who had never really been a part of his life and is wanted for jumping bail on a secret indictment in norwalk ohio and also wanted for the questioning in the sexual abuse of my 5 children through huron county. I need anyone who has any means of helping me reunite my torn apart family. There are so many different things that ashland county did wrong. We had 5 caseworkers, 2 supervisors, alot of run around and alot of broken hearted children. I want my children back and i want to sue the county of ashland for violating the rights of my children. They were ripped away, when they could of offered services for the depression and kept them at home safe where they were at to begin with. They all went to the dr. Dentist, eye dr, and school. 4 of the children have disorders that made them be seen every month for medication and assessments. Please any attorney who can possibly help me with the safe return of my children contact me night or day. Ashland County Child Services are not there to help the families in need in their community, they dont care at all and cases switch hands so many times no one knows what is going on. This should be a national media case. They are there to offer resources to families in need and to protect... My children were not in need of their protection. I have several witnesses who are willing to testify to all the wrong doing and to my charachter as aparent and person. Please help.
