Judge John Kirkendal at the Washtenaw County Probate Court gave away my and my sister's inheritance to my father's sister who I believe was the judge's girlfriend/whore. This aunt moved my mother into a nursing home; moved her oldest son into my mother's home then gave the business and property to her youngest son. My mother has now past away.
Because I was scared they would make my mothers last days more torturous than ever I had to limit my visits otherwise I would have maybe done something I would have later regretted.
Now I find the Judge never required any of the properties to be put in Trust. This lady was destitute until she because conservator for my Mother.
She was always jealous and envious of my mother. She didnt like any of us my mother, sister or I.
Last May, I went to court in Ann Arbor. I cant afford an attorney. The only thing left it appears is one house and the court was trying to decide what to do with that house. This Atty Constance Jones came up to me stating she was not the Jeans Currie attorney but the estate attorney and was looking out for the estate. That was then! In October, she stated, You need to get an attorney I represent Jean Currie. Oh! Did I mention jean Currie is a local County Commissioner.
Also this Jean Currie has disposed of our family birth home and four or five other residential properties, one commercial property and over forty acres of timber and oil rich land.
In review of the file there is little to no records or accountability of the money, bank accounts and report of insurance paid out etc. Most of the things in file are false and or misleading in other words fraudulent.
Need lots of help. Yes it was a will be they have destroy all traces.
