The website is completely deceiving. The say you are being charged 2.97 for postage to mail you information. Not only do you NOT receive any information, unless you have read all the very small print, they begin charging you 57.60 EVERY MONTH just to access their website (which I never did of course). Then, when you call their customer service they are complete jerks (I would say a lot worse) and will not connect you to a supervisor. This is a complete scam. Is there anyway to get the Attorney Generals Office or anyone else after them? I would love to go after them just on principal. My bank, thank goodness was great about helping me to dispute the charges as I never recieved dittily squat from this company!
