Consumer Report

This is a case of a "stolen identity!"

When I opened my inbox the other day on a blog posted by Ms. Elvie Gonzales, I discovered that in one of my pictures by the name of "Pedrito Duenas Roz" was being labeled upon a different person other than myself!

I think he's a Hotel and Restaurant Management student judging from his uniform and his friends which to me appeared as they're having a food preparation class or session. From my own research, his name is I think EPIFANIO DAMIAO. I was so upset looking at their crowd. It's outrageous to see my "Name" attached to that guy surrounded by his friends as if to make some ridiculous impersonification of me! I hate to see it because no one has ever done such an indecent, unethical and inappropriate behaviour towards me in my entire life as a career individual.

Given a chance, i will try to do everything in my power to correct what is not right and ridiculously wrong!

That's the reason why I'm reporting this so that this particular act of disrespect and intrusion to privacy shall be dealt with judiciously with the full force of the Law!

Therefore, I certainly would very much appreciate if this Case of Identity Thievery shall be given due consideration and appropriate action!

I can be reached through the email address and cellphone indicated below. Again, thank you very much and warmest regards.

Sincerely,

PEDRITO DUENAS ROZ
Complainant
