I would encourage all victims to follow up with their state bar association, state attorney general, and federal trade commission. I have talked to attorneys who supposedly practice in legal malpractice but they don't offer much help. It seems under the color of a legal license, the standards are quite low.
If we are going to lose our money, let's make their lives more interesting and make them defend themselves at every step. They will have to improve their service or, at least others will become aware and not be victimized.
