When I made an appointement with this bankruptcy firm I waited for over 5 hours pass my appointment and was told only one attorney had shown up.
During the appointment I paid a retainer and was told the filing would not be made until completely paid and that once paid it would take 3 week to file. I paid everything 2 months ago and go a letter a week ago saying it was going to take any 5 to 7 weeks.
I tried to call the attorney and never get a reply beyond the answering service. I have a number of small claims hearing comming up which I should have never had to be at and my pay will properly be garnished due to thier goofing off.
