Ack in june reported a fraud on my Relicard they said that i would recieve paperwork to fillout and that they would give me a credit until the issue was resolved i didnt recievr the paperwork so i called them and i ask them if i could just ask them if i could just have them fax me the infomation after calling them with the fax number they faxed me the infomation i filled it out and faxed the information back to them havent heard not one word about this at all, until now recently unemployed again i call to have a new card issed, since i destroyed the old one to prevent FRAUD and they inform me that my card is now in the negative, they are not interested in the best interest of the people they represent, they informed me over a year later that they didnt recieved the information that i faxed back and that i have exceeded the 120 days limitation. If you dont know how can you fix it RELICARD is a scamming company and after reading all the complaints against this company and their unwillingness to fix anything. Someone needs to investigate this company
