I check my account faithfully every morning. I was shocked to see a charge of 149.95 for a service from a company called USA Credit. I have never heard of these people and didn't know why i was being charged this fee.
I called the 800 number they provided but i also called my bank from my cell phone. My bank sent the fraud affidavit via fax. I waited for someone to answer for 25 minutes. During this 25 minute process that was only supposed to be 4 minutes 30 seconds - my bank faxed me the affidavit - i signed it and faxed it back - and still. No customer service rep.
When they finally answered the phone - i was told that i filled out an application on 8/8/07 problem - i DIDN'T i am still trying to figure out how these people got my information.
I am grateful my bank has handled everything and i am having my funds put back in my account. However, it is a $25 charge on my bank's end to do so - and i want my $25 back and would like for USA to pay for it.
She tried her best to get me to stay but i wasn't interested

These people need to be stopped
