Over the last 3 months this company have taken 4 unauthorised payments of £599 from my Barclaycard account in respect of "so called" administration fees for investigating miss sale of financial services (ppi, loans, mortgages etc.) i received a couple of small remuneration cheques. Then an amount of £250 was credited to my Barclaycard account. At this point they asked me for an administration fee of £99 to further investigate other possible claims on my behalf, i agreed to this payment. But to my horror they actually took 3 separate amounts of £599!!! I contacted them to ask why and have been fobbed off on numerous occaisions. I have recently found that another completely unauthorised amount of £599 has also been taken from the same account. I have lived with this anguish now for 3 or so months. I can't seem to get anything from this company! Barclaycard have been of little assistance because of the lack of details i can get from these people! Really need some help as it seems to have got totally out of hand.
