I purchased a cream for £3.50 in August, cream was delivered, without any labels or paperwork to ascertain what chemicals was used in this product. However, on 11 September my Barclaycard charged me £63.41, I telephoned today to find out what and why I have been charged this amount. Apparently BCH Bodycare have a monthly payment set up for this amount each month. I explained the situation to Barclaycard who have put a stop on any further charges, however, I have to pay this disgusting fraudulent company £63.41 for absolutely nothing. Barclaycard are investigating.
