Hi, I'm not sure if this is going to help or not, but the reason I'm writing this report is to stop other people making the mistake I made.
When I split from my wife a year and a half ago, I subscribed to the adult site Horny Matches. I subscribed for 6 months, it was a laugh at first, but then I realised that it was all quite fake and not really my thing, so I didn't renew my subscription and turned the auto renew to off.
I have noticed since that they (MC Digigroup) are now taking 18 amonth for no reason at all, and I do not know how to contact them to stop the payments, it's very frustrating! I contacted Barclaycard, but they weren't much help, so I closed my Barclaycard account. Now barclaycard tell me that they are powerless to stop the payments as it was an agreement set up between myself and mc digigroup.
I have now asked Barclaycard to send me some forms so I can set up a dispute with mc digi group.
If there is anyone out there that can help, it would be very much appreciated,
