U-verse Billing Issue

An AT&T sale person came to our house and sold us a package of U-verse with an attractive low monthly charge ($111). The sales order was in a written form with all the details of the ordered U-verse package. But when I got an email order confirmation from AT&T next day, the monthly charge ($152) is almost 37% higher than the price that was written on the sales order. I called AT&T about the price discrepancy and intended to cancel the order if the price is not the one that is originally quoted. The agent apparently contacted other internal AT&T department and came back saying that AT&T will honor the price that was written on the sales form. So I went ahead with the order because of AT&T's own commitment. The installation was complete and well done. Everything works fine as expected. But later I found out the internet speed is MAX, not MAX Plus as specified on the sales order. Furthermore, I got a bill a week later that has the higher monthly charge ($152). I called AT&T again. This time they simply said that they cannot honor the original sales order and it was a misinformation on the part of sales agent. I was told to cancel the service if I want to. I have asked to talk to their manager and they said I will be contacted after 24/48 hours... This is a very unsettling issue especially I called AT&T to check the discrepancy after I received email order confirmation. AT&T have the opportunity to correct the 'misinformation' then so that I could have canceled the order. Now I am stuck because I don't want to pay for the higher monthly charge and I will have to pay for Timerwarner to reinstall the service...
