I am so concerened by the level of customer service being provided by the passport line. I have tried many times 1877 phone and talk to representative. Those representatives always told me to wait the next couple days. They know the travel dates and you will get the passport by than. Now i am wondering who are THEY. I applied for passport on 24th April with the post office and by mistake the poat office forgot to charge me expediated fee so i did my part called on 29th when i found online and paid the expediated fee. I was assured by customer service agent that i will get my passport soon and everything is good.
I therefore booked my airline ticket for 12th April and till today i have not got my passport. I may have called over 20 times and the agents on phone keep saying THEY know about the urgency and will be able to complete my passport. The customer service agent recommended that i could fly to Tuson Arizona to get a urgent passport because Seattle wont do it since i dont have my Neutralization papers.
I have a family emergency and i need to leave, looks like people working in the Western passport Agency need to get a better manager and someone who could see that THEY do actually do their job and continue to perform their duties.
I hope i will get someone with good heart to help me get my passport processed and deleivered overnight so i can fly out the other day. Application locator number is 610287951.
