I, had enter a lease purchase agreement October with an option to purchase the house located and the property the owner wanted me to put $6,000 down put he agreed for me to only put $4,000 down i paid him and then moved in and i was to begin payment in Nov.
Then, just about two weeks later he called me up one demanding that i make the first payment and then when i question the agreement that we had togather he demanded that i move out and he said that he wasn't going to give me my $4,000 down payment back i then threatned him with legal against him i then got me a lawyer. He had also got a lawyer he told him a bunch of lies about me which was not true accusing me of being in breach of the contract and that he wanted $6,000 instead of $4,000 just telling big woppers about me i wasn't in breach of no contract.
Both, lawyers made an agreement the Raptis was to only give me $3,000 of my money back for the month i had stayed their he was suppose to come the day that i moved out to do a walk around then he he forced his way in on me which that day i found out was agaisnt the law. After, he finished his walk around he made up a lie saying that the walls needed to be repaited and that i wasn't going to get a dime back he also cursed at me when he was saying it i called the police on him but the police harrased me on top of raptis harassing me i took pictures all through the house and no scratch was on them and the house was in the same condition has it was the day i moved in. Then i had to get my lawyer i was able to recover only half of what was in the agreement between his lawyer and my lawyer.
On, top of everything else he took out late charges which was not suppose to be taken out he ripped me off some more of my money i lost a good paying job and i lost a bonus which i was about to get i had to spend alot of money on moving expense's which i had to pay twice i had to sell all my appliance's for a little of nothing this has caused me alot of mental anguish for being lied about and for the abuse for which he has done to me and my child and my family. He, just wanted to steal my $4,000 down and kick me out and lie about me i did nothing to deserve this i thought i was going to have my own home it still hurts till this day the way i was treated bye raptis homes i did nothing to this man. He don't wont women to have anything or own anything he just wonts to discriminate agaisnt women and abuse them mentally and steal their money and make them lose their jobs.
