I rented from this landlord don klein I paid 1250.00 upfront. Deposit and one months $525 rent, and a $200 cat clean fee, which I don't know if I am suppose to get that back.
Then a month later wanted $25 more to use the washer and dryer! So then I was paying $550 for rent. I stupidly paid one month rent ahead later in september to cover october because I wasn't sure If I was going to be able to move out. I was also receiving collection calls at my phone number looking for this landlord.
I gave my address on the last day I moved out and I never received anything or heard anything.
I then contacted a lawyer and they sent out a letter, and still no response.
Lawyer said he owes alot of money to others and said it wasn't worth it. Said I could file at the courthouse if I wanted to pursue further.
$1075 I am owed the 525 deposit and 550 one months rent paid ahead.
