I, had entered a lease-purchase agreement with an option to purchase a house with raptis homes inc. I, Had paid Claude raptis $4,000 down and i was to began payments in November. I, moved in and thought everything was normal two weeks later Raptis called me up and demanded that i give him the first months rent i questioned the agreement that we had with each other he demanded that i move out and he said that he wasn't going to give me any of my money back.
The picture above is what the house looked like when we moved in, as you see their is nothing wrong with the house.
I threanted him with legal agaisnt him i got a lawyer after him and then when my lawyer got in contact with his lawyer his lawyer came back with accusing me of being in breach of the contract and that he wanted $6,000. Their was an agreement made between my lawyer and his lawyer to only give me back $3,000 on the day that i moved out on the day i moved out he did a walk around of the house he also forced his way in which i found out was agaisnt the law and when he finished the walk around said i wasn't gonna get a dime back he cursed at me when he was telling it until i get the walls repaited i took pictures of all the walls and theirs not a mark on them.
I called the police but that was unsuccesful that started to harrase me ontop of raptis harrassing me so i didn't get none of my money which was made bye an agreement bye both lawyers. He just made that lie up because he wasn't going to give me any of my money back so the next day or two my lawyer was about to recover only $2700 back due to cause he took out late charges which was not in the agreement between both my lawyer and his lawyer he ripped my money off somemore he took out like $200 of late fee's all togather he took was $1200 he just kept on harassing me just because i wouldn't give into his abuse.
The outcome i lost a good paying job with a bonus which i was about to recieve i had to sell all of my appliance's for a little of nothing this man is a very abusive lying person and a thief he doesn't wont any woman to have anything he wonts to steal their money and lose thier jobs cause he hates women he wonts to abuse them mentally and get them introuble well this one woman ain't gonna take his abuse i stood up to him and not cow down to him i don't think that he should of got that months rent for the harassment and abuse he done to me. I, do not know what to do to get my money back from what he stole from me he was in breach of his contract this man should not be in busniess for how he treats hard working wowmen like myself.

Due to raptis not giving my mother's $3,000 back in a timely manner he charged late fees only giving her $2700 so my mother still did not get all her money back which he was suppose to! Raptis was suppose to give back $3,000 back he wanted to steal my mothers money & make us move out. This was the worst day of my life my mother was suppose to be making the monthly payment of $1000 starting 11/02 he demanded the first months payment before 11/02 my mother questioned the agreement he demanded us to move out & he was going to refuse to refund my mother the $4,000 deposit my mother threatnend legal action, he accused her of being in breach of the contract, which she wasn't suppose to start making payments untill 11/02 he wanted to steal my mother money & make us move out. I WONT! Justice & I will do whatever I can to bring out the fraudnlent business practice of raptis homes
