Hello Robert,

Good news - your TicketFast tickets are now available to print from your My Ticketmaster account! Sorry for the delay. Please keep in mind that we cannot refund any orders for this event, as per the clause set by the promoters of the event.

Just follow these simple steps to print them right now or whenever you’re ready:

1. Click My Ticketmaster at the top right of any page on our site and log in
2. Find your event under "My Events", OR click "Print My Tickets" under "Orders"
3. Click "View & Print Tickets"

You’ll need the current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print your tickets. You probably have Reader already, but if you’re not sure, you can get it for free here: http://www.adobe.com.
