I was surfing the net late at night, looking for something interesting to read. I came across bidrack.com and curious, began reading the salespitch. I was advised I would have to pay an entrance fee of $99 but that my credit card would not be billed unless I actually won something. I can't recall what happened next, but I think it was suggested that I purchase more bids so that I would not run out of funds at a critical juncture. Again, it would not be submitted to my credit card unless I actually won something. Before I knew it, I had "bought" $60 more in bids. I decided immediately that I would not look at the products so as to prevent any further charges. Sure enough, I was actually charged $159 on my next credit card statement. I figured it was useless to argue with them and cut my losses then and there. I never once made an actual bid nor did I initiate any contact with them. I'm old enough to know better (and then some) and definitely feel scammed.
