Lean Spa shipped free samples on 2-5-11, then shipped again on 2-18 and 3-13. I requested RMA #, which i did recieve. Before shipping back the product I emailed them on 3-25 and asked them if the RMA 's would take care of issuing credit back to my account, they never answered. I did ship back the 4 bottles on 4-15, and have proof of deliver; they receivced in two days. No credit was applied, I emailed on May 26 asking about the credit, they never responded to any of my emails, on June 6 I call them Omar said a rep from the Corporate office would call me back in two days, they never called. I have called several times since and, put on hold for 30 minutes then the phone hangs up. I do not have the product and they owe me $320.00. I have all my emails, proof of delivery, I really need my $320.00 back. Also my reason for returning the product was due to my thyroid condition, the product contained Iodine and my Dr said not to take it due to the thyroid medicine I take: Lea Spa symptoms numbness around my mouth.
