Flex Seal

I sent for 1 can of flex seal on 8/15 when I received the order they had doubled it but although it arrived in one small box, they
charged me two service and handling charges amounting to $38.00
When I called to return it, I was told they would only return $59.00 and the $38.00 would be used to pay for my returning it. The p. Owould not do that because it did not have proper documentation.
I paid $9.00 TO RETURN IT, thus bringing the total to $108.00.
