I AGREED TO THE CHARGE FOR THE MATERIAL TO BE SENT TO ME.
IT NEVER APPEARED ON MY COMPUTER. A representative from the company called several times and i told her i had it charged to my checking account at s t bank in eould dubois pa. She told me she would get me a refund. After several conversations she told me to apply for the refund on line. I have never had any material sent to me i do not want any material. I want the refund for the charge on my checking account. I live on ss and am 86 years old and need the refund. Thank you gloria murrell (Personal Information Removed)
